 BenePartum Law Group, P.A. was formed as a non-traditional law firm dedicated to providing experienced and strategic legal advice to business and real estate owners. Thomas Fafinski (president and founding shareholder of the mid-sized law firm of Fafinski & Wallrich, P.A. in the early 1990s) decided to form a law firm that represented and identified itself with its two client segments, real estate investors and privately held business owners. The name of the law firm identifies the principles by which we serve our clients. "BenePartum" is Latin for honorably earned. Our strategies are subjected to a rigorous methodology, which leads to their being honorably earned prior to being implemented for a client.
