Brianna M. Ahern
Brianna Ahern is a graduate of the Hamline University School of Law. Her focus areas include civil litigation, business and real estate law, debt/judgment collection and personal injury. Brianna heads the firm's collections department and strives to develop strategies to both defend against creditors and obtain the funds owed to her clients.
Brianna has a very strong work ethic and will go the extra length to ensure that you are receiving a highly detailed and thorough service. Her direct personality is aggressive, yet polite and professional. Before practicing with BenePartum, Brianna volunteered as a legislative intern and researcher for a Minnesota non-profit organization. While at Hamline, she participated in and received Hamline's highly recognized Certificate of Dispute Resolution, which required studies in arbitration, mediation and negotiation. She utilized these skills as a volunteer mediator for Ramsey County. Before attending lawschool, Brianna was also a licensed Realtor in Hastings, Minnesota.
Brianna grew up in Hastings, Minnesota and went to college at the University of St. Thomas majoring in both International Business and Legal Studies in Business, with a minor in German Language. She enjoys a challenge, completing a total of 14 marathons, and continues to train year round. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, reading, music, and spending time with friends.
