Chase L. Andersen

Chase L. Andersen, attorney and shareholder at BenePartum Law Group, P.A., focuses his practice in family law (also known as domestic law), sports and entertainment, collections, business and real estate law, and general civil litigation.  With ten years of experience in the areas of social services and family law, Chase heads BenePartum's family law division and is suited to represent parents, spouses, and children in all legal issues concerning the family unit.  In addition, he also practices in several other areas, including sports and entertainment law and civil litigation.  He is Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Minnesota Association for Justice (formerly the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association). 

Chase has always been committed, both personally and professionally, to assisting individuals in need.  Prior to law school, Chase worked several years in the social welfare profession as a counselor and then as a social worker.  Throughout these experiences, Chase excelled at professionally addressing sensitive matters, zealously advocating for the rights of his clients, and effectively identifying and resolving complicated issues. 

Born and raised in Mitchell, South Dakota, Chase attended undergraduate school at the University of South Dakota where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in English.  While participating on USD's Track & Field team, Chase earned All-American honors in the triple-jump - he has also been inducted into the University of South Dakota's Track & Field Hall of Honor.  Chase went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree with a Concentration in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, Iowa.

In his spare time, Chase enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
