Mitchell T. King

Mitchell King is a transaction attorney with BenePartum Law Group, P.A. His practice area includes entity formation, estate planning, asset protection planning, real estate and general business law. Mitch received his B.A. in Economics from Lake Forest College and his J.D. from William Mitchell School of Law, where he was recognized by Minnesota Justice Foundation's Public Service Program for volunteering over 150 hours. He played on the Fighting Eelpouts club hockey team winning the Res Ipsa Cup from rival Hamline Law School two out of three seasons. Besides playing hockey, Mitch enjoys cycling, playing tennis with his fiancee Ali, and walking along the river downtown with Ali and her pup Joey. Mitch has been a big brother during the past four years with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
