BenePartum Law Group, P.A. was formed as a non-traditional law firm dedicated to providing experienced and strategic legal service and advice to business owners, real estate owners and investors, and individuals. The name of the law firm identifies the principles by which we serve our clients. "BenePartum" is Latin for honorably earned. Our strategies are subjected to a rigorous methodology, which leads to their being honorably earned prior to being implemented for a client.
For our business and real estate clientele, the cornerstone of BenePartum Law Group, P.A.'s focus is the umbrella of services described as "Owner Wealth Enhancement." This umbrella of services include the combination of services available to clients - beginning with asset protection, entity selection and formation, acquisitions, business transactions and planning, and estate and tax planning issues. BenePartum Law Group, P.A. is constantly able to recognize and seize upon wealth enhancement opportunities for its owner clients. Likewise, our legal team also serves as "outside general counsel" for many of our clients. Our new West Metro Office in St. Louis Park, MN (which serves Saint Louis Park, Minnetonka, Edina, Eden Prairie, Plymouth and the rest of the greater West/South-West Metro area) is located in the Park Place East office center and is centered in the heart of St. Louis Park's up-and-coming "West End District".
