Successful jury verdict obtained for clients
After a week-long jury trial, Jaren Johnson and Travis Huddy obtained a favorable verdict in excess of $100,000 for clients of the firm in a breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit. Nathan Nelson, Patrick DeVille and the remainder of the firm were instrumental in assisting with the preparation of the case for trial.
